Our company began as an antique shop in the home of Mark and Cleo Will in 1952. Together they expanded from antiques to antique repreductions, beginning their wholesale business in the basement of their home and shipping from their garage. Once they outgrew their home, they moved their office and warehouse to downtown Waseca. Mark was also a charter member of the UMAGA-Upper Midwest Area Gift Association.
Richard, their son, purchased and incorporated the company and expanded it into a larger trade area in 1973. As the business grew, more sales representatives were hired and Will’s began showing at the Minneapolis Gift Mart.
In 2003, siblings Eric Will and Tracy Will-Pomeroy purchased the company from their father, guiding its growth and success for 20 years. Following Eric’s retirement in 2023, Tracy took on sole ownership, making Will’s Company a proud, women-owned business. Today, the company boasts a product line of over 3,500 items, including exclusive designs that distinguish it in the market. Their dedicated sales representatives cover nine states, with ongoing plans to expand into the New England region.
The company’s flagship showroom is located at the Minneapolis Gift Mart in Minnetonka, MN, with its main office and two warehouses (including another showroom) based in Waseca, Minnesota—just 70 miles south of the Twin Cities. By warehousing their entire product line locally, Will’s Company ensures fast, reliable shipping with low minimums, enhancing the customer experience.
